EA Neary Solicitors has been providing expert legal advice since 2012. We are proud to be the only practice in Chertsey and provide an approachable attentive and reliable service.
EA Neary was started at a time when local solicitors were disappearing leading to individuals having to go to larger more corporate firms who often missed the personal service of smaller local firms.
Elizabeth, the founder, was passionate about providing the service that the local residents deserved, and EA Neary was born from that passion.

Elizabeth Neary
Elizabeth, a Chertsey resident, is the owner and lead solicitor who has over 20 years of experience.
Elizabeth deals with all aspects of law offered at EA Neary solicitors. Elizabeth trained at a local solicitor’s and qualified in 2000 early on in her career Elizabeth developed a passion for family law in the last decade Elizabeth has increased her experience in all aspects of legal advice provided, offering exceptional service to the local community.
Jayne Boughey
Jayne has worked with Elizabeth for over 20 years.
Jayne now heads up the conveyancing department whilst retaining knowledge to assist with all general enquiries.
Jayne’s experience enables her to provide a tailored service to all clients.
Amanda Morgan
Amanda has been with EA Neary’s since inception.
Amanda deals with all aspects of probate managing the administration of the department.
